Michael Ross brings over a decade of experience in payroll and HR consulting, combined with 10+ years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including management roles at Outback Steakhouse.
His multi-industry expertise allows him to connect deeply with business owners, offering practical solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Michael’s career reflects a commitment to service, integrity, and empowering entrepreneurs to succeed.
What sets Michael apart is his unwavering commitment to service. He doesn’t just sell payroll solutions — he becomes a trusted advisor, connector, and problem-solver. His clients know they can call him at 11 p.m. on a Friday and get a real answer, not a call center script. He’s built his business on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run and grow a company.
Michael specializes in offering tailored solutions in payroll, HR, applicant tracking, onboarding, and time and attendance. He also acts as a connector, bringing in vetted experts in insurance, benefits, and compliance when needed.
Beyond business, Michael is a passionate community leader. He chairs one of South Florida’s largest chambers of commerce, runs monthly charity events, and is deeply involved in youth mentorship and family-focused initiatives. His personal story — from humble beginnings in South Florida to becoming a top 50 national performer — fuels his mission to help others succeed.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, I have built a dynamic career rooted in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
With a professional background spanning multiple industries — including outdoor media, creative staffing, contracting, marketing and public relations, and creative design — I have developed a comprehensive understanding of both brand strategy and business development.
Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to identify growth opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through relationship-based sales. My experience across diverse sectors has strengthened my adaptability, sharpened my negotiation skills, and reinforced my commitment to delivering measurable results.
As an entrepreneur, I have consistently sought out ventures that allow me to combine innovation with client service excellence. This entrepreneurial mindset has enabled me to approach each opportunity with strategic vision, operational discipline, and a strong focus on long-term success.
Today, I have joined the LKC Legacy Insurance team with my wife Karina Cristancho and we specialize in health and life insurance, here I serve not only as a licensed agent but also as a dedicated advisor and concierge to my clients. I take pride in guiding individuals, families, and business owners through complex coverage decisions with clarity, integrity, and personalized attention. My approach is centered on education, transparency, and proactive service — ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and fully supported at every stage.

Karina has ventured into the next legacy of her life working on taking over the family health insurance agency, she’s a driven individual who is partnered with her mother, to expand their existing health and life insurance agency. Her goal is to help individuals and families focus on what they need most from a health and life insurance perspective.
Karina has always loved connecting people in mutually beneficial ways. All of her endeavors over the last twenty years have allowed her to satisfy this love. Some of the countries where she had the opportunity of growing her relationships included Italy, Spain, Holland, Colombia and Venezuela, to name a few, and the list goes on. Building those relationships and friendships on a worldwide level helped Karina to become the person she is today.
She holds dear to her heart Circles Enterprises which was a boutique Marketing & Public Relations firm that provided a high level of professionalism, experience and innovative approach of a local agency with a global appearance. Now she is taking that same approach of dealing with people to a whole new level. Now Karina has something to offer that most insurance agents don’t and that is a vision & personal approach to you and your health.
As an Independent licensed insurance consultant who loves to work with people not only as a licensed agent but also as a dedicated advisor and concierge to her clients, She diligently helps them find the right plans to meet their individual, family or group needs. Karina specializes in Health and Life insurance and has an extensive background and network of companies that she works with giving you the right fit for each and all of your insurance requirements.
